Q.1 How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the cart value and are shown at the time of checkout after you’ve entered your detailed address.

Q.2 What are the benefits of online payment?

Post demonetization, we feel that going digital is no more a luxury, but a necessity. We have popular wallets like Paytm, Payu money, and Razor pay integrated thereby making payments swift and effortless. We also have a UPI integration and needless to say we have all major banks for Net-Banking/Debit Cards and Visa/Mastercard/Amex for Credit Cards. Also, there are rewards for online payments.

Q.3 I tried paying online but the screen hanged and I received a message from my bank saying that the money has been deducted. What should I do?

No need to worry, online payment has multiple issues and more solutions - From our website to the payment gateway/wallet interface From the payment gateway/wallet interface to the Bank/Visa/Mastercard interface Once the bank or the Visa/Mastercard/Amex Interface authenticates your payment, the info comes back to the payment gateway passes the success or failure info to us Once we have the information from the payment gateway, we notify the customer accordingly. If due to any this entire loop is broken in the process, the payment info won’t come to us.

If you have received a debit message from your bank but we haven’t received it, you can contact us and we will get it checked from our internal dashboard. You can also simply try again as normally such transactions are auto-credited back to you in a few minutes/hours.

The worst-case in which you pay twice and both amounts come to us, we will refund one. It will reach you in 3-7 business days. We recommend that you pay online over a stable net connection. It even works fine in Edge/2G connection but you need to be a bit patient when the screen transition is happening.

Q.4 What is an EMI payment option and how do I know If am eligible for it?

The EMI or Equated Monthly Installment payment option provides you with ease of paying for your order is easy installments over a period of time.  For EMI eligibility, you need to have a card from a partner bank, to begin with. In the next step if your purchase is eligible for EMI you will see the EMI option, along with a table of EMI providers and their corresponding rates and tenures offered, on the product page.

Q.5. How do the COD payment options work?

After selecting all the products and in the card, select the Cash on Delivery payment option on the payment page and you can then pay in cash when our logistics partner delivers your order to you. Please note that this option is only available at select PIN codes.
